Paper_Tracker Kit: International Early-Bird Pre-orders — Batch 2

Before opening, you may browse products, select a configuration and add items to your cart. Orders containing a Kit can be checked out once pre-orders open. Adding items to a cart does not reserve stock; prices and availability are confirmed when the order is placed.

This is the second international early-bird batch of the Paper_Tracker Face & Eye Tracking Kit. Select your configuration and headset model on the product page; the package list for that configuration specifies the included accessories.

If you require vision correction, you may enter your prescription and pupillary distance in advance and add Eye_Tracker prescription lenses to your cart for checkout with the Kit when pre-orders open. Prescription lenses are sold separately.

Pricing for this second international early-bird batch is lower than for subsequent regular international batches. Please refer to the product and checkout pages for the applicable price.

Payment is collected in full when the order is placed. There is no remaining balance or scheduled automatic charge before or after dispatch.

Pre-order purchase limits and order review

To give more customers the opportunity to buy and experience Paper_Tracker at official prices, and to reduce reselling and stockpiling, purchase limits may apply to the second international early-bird pre-order batch.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to manually review and cancel orders where there are multiple clearly duplicate orders to the same shipping address, unusual bulk purchases or similar patterns. These measures aim to allocate the limited pre-order availability for this batch fairly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Available destinations, delivery methods and international shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping charges are paid with the order.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout start from dispatch. They do not include the pre-order waiting period or production time.

For orders in the second international early-bird batch of Paper_Tracker Kits, if we confirm that the parcel cannot be delivered to your shipping address or that no shipping service is available, we will notify you, cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to us for the order, including any shipping charges. No refund processing fee will apply.

Second-batch products use international-edition packaging and include a printed quick-start guide. Scan the QR code in the guide to access the complete instructions in Chinese and English.

This batch of Kits is expected to dispatch in December 2026. Please refer to the product page and order information for the specific estimated dispatch date.

If an order contains multiple pre-order items, they will ship together according to the latest estimated dispatch date. To receive in-stock products sooner, order them separately from pre-order items; shipping charges apply to each order.

Order details will be sent to the email address provided once the order is confirmed.

Sales dates, product arrangements and pricing for subsequent regular international batches will be announced separately once preparations are complete. This announcement applies only to the second international early-bird batch.

Products include one year of international after-sales support, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, replacement-part reshipment and assistance with returns, exchanges or repairs. Coverage and service conditions are set out in the Paper_Tracker One-Year Limited Warranty Policy.
